Rates

Below is a list of our current prices for various services. Please note that we charge an additional fee if you’d like us to be present at your wedding rehearsal. For most wedding ceremonies, it usually isn’t necessary for the musicians to attend the rehearsal.

We may also charge a $25-$50 travel fee for events located outside the South Jersey/northern Delaware/Philadelphia metro region to cover travel expenses.

Other possible additional fees:

• $25 per musician charge to provide all music for full Catholic Mass (vocalist/cantor only is regular price listed below)
• $25 per musician charge for ceremony/cocktails package, if there is more than an hour between the end of the ceremony and beginning of the cocktail hour or if there is a change in locations between ceremony and cocktails/reception.

Sample 2011-2012 Price List

Solo musician for wedding ceremony: $225 Includes up to 1/2 hour prelude music, processional, service music, recessional, and postlude. Choice of piano, guitar, flute, or voice. Keyboard provided if no piano is available. Wedding rehearsal fee (optional): $100

Two musicians for wedding ceremony: $400 Includes up to 1/2 hour prelude music, processional, service music, recessional, and postlude. Any combination of guitar, piano, voice, flute, or violin. Keyboard provided if no piano is available. Wedding rehearsal fee (optional): $200

Solo musician for cocktails, reception, or party: $200 for the first hour, $50 for each additional hour Choice of guitar or piano. Keyboard provided if no piano is available.

Two musicians for cocktails, reception, or party: $400 for the first hour, $100 for each additional hour Any combination of guitar, piano, flute, female vocalist, saxophone, bass, drums, or vibraphone. Keyboard provided if no piano is available.

Ceremony/Cocktail Package, one musician: $325 Includes all music for ceremony as described above, plus 1 hour of music for cocktails or reception at the same location. Choice of guitar or piano. Additional reception music can be added at $50/hour.

Ceremony/Cocktail Package, two musicians: $500 Includes all music for ceremony as described above, plus 1 hour of music for cocktails or reception at the same location. Any combination of guitar, piano, flute, female vocalist, saxophone, or violin. Additional reception music can be added at $100/hour.

Jazz trio for cocktails, reception, or party: $525 for the first hour, $150 for each additional hour Any combination of 3 of the following: guitar, piano, bass, drums, flute, female vocalist, saxophone, vibraphone.

Jazz quartet for cocktails, reception, or party: $650 for the first hour, $200 for each additional hour Any combination of 4 of the following: guitar, piano, bass, drums, flute, female vocalist, saxophone, vibraphone.
